The Art of Participation and Engagement is based on  The Art of Hosting and Harvesting Conversations that Matter, a global movement centred on harnessing the momentum and intelligence of groups. This practical and inspiring three day program gives you the opportunity to experience how participatory methodologies can foster collaboration and generate great outcomes from teams, communities and organisations. Featuring international Technology of Participation expert, John Beranek, a skilled facilitator with 20 years experience in the field of prevention and systems change.

Through experiencing and practicing processes such as World Cafe, Circle, Wall of Wonder, Open Space Technology and Appreciative Inquiry this program will equip you to:

  • deal with increasing complexity and embrace uncertainty as a creative opportunity
  • tap into the collective intelligence of your team, organisation and/or community
